HOURS
Standard hours are 8am-6pm, 7 days a week
Photo shoots/castings
Full Day $450
Half Day $300 (4 hours or less)
Overtime $75 per hour
Film/video shoots*/ Business Meetings/Special Events**
Full Day $600 and up (depending on the size of the production)
Overtime $100 per hour
Extra fees may apply if you wish to book the studio outside of our standard hours.
*The shooting area is set back from the street and very quiet but it is not soundproof. We cannot guarantee the noise level.
**The studio is not available to rent for private parties.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due on the day of the rental.
Renters must provide the studio with a certificate of liability insurance.
